  ELECTRONIC END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
  FOR VIBRANT COMMUNICATOR ACTIVEX COMPONENTS
  VERSION 3.0 ENTERPRISE

  THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU
  ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  This Lake of Soft, Ltd End User License Agreement accompanies the
  Vibrant Communicator ActiveX components version 3.0 product and related
  explanatory materials ("Software"). The term "Software" also shall
  include any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the Software
  licensed to you by the Lake of Soft, Ltd.

  Please read this Agreement carefully. You accept this agreement and
  continue to install the Software or, if you do not wish to accept
  this Agreement, you will not be able to use the Software and should
  remove it from your system.

  Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Lake of Soft, Ltd grants to
  you a nonexclusive license to use the Software, provided that you
  agree to the following:


  1. USE OF THE SOFTWARE

     You may install the Software on a hard disk or other storage
     device, and make your own backup copies of Software.

     The Software MAY BE re-distributed along with your own applications.


  2. LIMITED WARRANTY

     LAKE OF SOFT, LTD DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS
     CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
     OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE
     UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

     This software is provided on 'as-is' basis, without any express
     or implied warranty. In no event will the Lake of Soft, Ltd
     Company be held liable for any damages arising from the use
     of this software.


  3. RESTRICTIONS

     You may NOT rent, lease the Software or sell any portion or
     whole Software on its own in any form, except the following:

     You may redistribute the Software as a part of your binary
     application(s), NOT including development libraries.

     You cannot make public any information (including but not
     limited to, registration details) sent to you or your company
     upon the Software registration. Failure to maintain this
     information private will automatically lead to violation of
     this Agreement.

     This license may NOT be shared.


  4. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK RIGHTS

     The Software is owned by Lake of Soft, Ltd and its suppliers,
     and its structure, organization and code are the valuable trade
     secrets of Lake of Soft, Ltd and its suppliers. Registration of
     Software does not give you any rights of ownership in that
     trademark. Except as stated above, this Agreement does not grant
     you any intellectual property rights in the Software.
