Vibrant Communicator ActiveX (VCX) Library is a set of COM controls designed to utilize audio hardware devices, codecs, TCP/IP stack and RTP protocol to build robust and scalable real time audio streaming applications.

VCX Library gives your full control over the audio software and hardware installed on a host machine. If you wish to record, playback, encode, decode, mix or resample the wave audio, send or broadcast audio streams over the TCP/IP network, VCX Library is ready to help you.

VCX Library was successfully tested in the following environments:

Visual Studio 6.0 (C++ and Visual Basic)
Visual Studio .NET 2003/2005/2008 (C++, Visual Basic and C#)
Borland Delphi and C++Builder / CodeGear RAD / Embarcadero RAD Studio
Lab Windows

Virtually any IDE able to host COM controls should be suitable to work with VCX Library.
